101 - Dual Blend Powder Foundation

Use this dual blend powder foundation wet or dry to achieve a seamless blend of light coverage foundation. When it is applied using a damp sponge or makeup blender, it gives very natural-looking coverage with an illuminating finish. When applied dry, it is matte with a very smooth velvet finish on the skin. It can be used alone, but it is ideally used to set a liquid foundation when applied dry with a powder brush.

Highly concentrated, use half the amount that you are normally accustomed to.
